• Loan agreements govern the borrower-lender relationship

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and loan documents, the loan documents shall control.

8. Fees & Costs

Applicants are responsible for reviewing all disclosed costs, fees, and repayment obligations before accepting financing.

MicroLendr does not advertise guaranteed rates or "no-cost" financing unless explicitly stated in writing.

Violation may result in immediate termination of access.
